Rates & Policies for the Yooper Lodge Rentals in Twin Lakes (Please read before reserving)

WINTER 2008-2009 RATES (Dec 25th-Feb 29th)
The Yooper Lodge is $30 per person per night for up to 8 people. Groups over 8 the rate is $25 per person. $180 minimum.
The Yooper Bungalow is $30 per person per night for up to 8 people. Groups over 8 the rate is $25 per person. $180 minimum
The Yooper Cabin is $80 per night for 1-2, $90 for 3 people per night and $120 for 4.
NEW*** Winter cancellation policy (please read prior to reserving)
We understand if you are coming to snowmobile there must be snow. So NO snow, no charge for cancellation. No snow is at our discretion.
Cabin, Lodge and Bungalow
NO snow, no charge for cancellation. Additionally, if cancellation is made 14 days before arrival there is no charge. If cancellation is made within the 14 days prior to arrival, a one night stay charge WILL be added to your credit card.
Security/Damage Deposit of $250 required for Lodge Property Rentals. Or reserve by credit card (card is not charged unless you don't show). Cash deposit will be refunded within 21 days after end of rental, if no damage, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning necessary. (Cash deposit will not be converted to payment for rental rate). Also refunded if reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
We accept payment in full by checks only 14 days prior to arrival. We also take credit cards (MC, Visa, Am Ex, Discover) or cash day of arrival. Payment for full rental rate is expected day of arrival. To expedite check in please collect ahead of time from your group and present total rate upon arrival.

SUMMER 2008 RATES start May 1st & end Dec 24th
The Yooper Lodge is $100 a night for up to 8 people, to rent the entire lodge and $10 per person over 8.
The Yooper Bungalow is $80 a night for up to 6 people and $10 per person over 6.
The Yooper Cabin is $60 per night for up to 4 people.
