 Rates & Policies for the Yooper Lodge Rentals in Twin Lakes (Please read before reserving)

Check in is 3:00 p.m.
Check out is 10:00 a.m.

 2009-2010 Winter Rates: Dec 25-Feb 28

The Yooper Lodge is $30 per person per night for up to 8 people, $25 each person over 8.  $180 minimum. 

The Yooper Bungalow is $30 per person per night for up to 8 people, $25 each person over 8.  $180 minimum

The Yooper Cabin is $90 for up to 3 people per night and $120 for 4.

March Madness $20 per person, per night. All units.  (we reserve the right to put you in the smallest unit that will accommodate you comfortably.)

April Risk Takers $15 per person, per night.  All units.  (we reserve the right to put you in the smallest unit that will accommodate you comfortably.)

NEW*** Winter cancellation policy (please read prior to reserving)

We understand if you are coming to snowmobile there must be snow!  So NO snow, no charge for cancellation.  No snow is at our discretion.  Additionally, if cancellation is made 14 days before arrival there is no charge. If cancellation is made within the 14 days prior to arrival, a one night stay charge WILL be added to your credit card.

Security/Damage Deposit of $250 required for Lodge Property Rentals.  Or by credit card (card is not charged unless you don't show). Cash deposit will be refunded within 21 days after end of rental, if no damage, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning necessary.  (Cash deposit will not be converted to payment for rental rate).  Also refunded if reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.  We accept payment in full by checks, only 14 days prior to arrival.  We also take credit cards (MC, Visa, Am Ex, Discover) or cash day of arrival.  Payment for full rental rate is expected day of arrival.  To expedite check in please collect ahead of time from your group and present total rate upon arrival.

SUMMER 2010 RATES May 1-Dec 24th

The Yooper Lodge is $120 a night for up to 8 people, to rent the entire lodge and $10 each person over 8. 

The Yooper Bungalow is $100 a night for up to 6 people and $10 each person over 6.

The Yooper Cabin is $70 per night for up to 4 people. 

Summer Policy (please read and agree to before reserving)
